Meet the Team
Ryan Mosley
Since 2020, Ryan Mosley has focused on storytelling at Nike through graphic design and video production, using visual narratives to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
Ryan has supported both Nike Supply Chain and Nike’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts, helping connect teams, elevate voices, and reinforce Nike’s values through compelling creative output.

Ryan got his start in the theater world at Beaverton High School, where he built sets, directed, stage managed, and acted, laying the foundation for his storytelling career.

After serving seven years in the Navy, Ryan returned home, picked up a camera in 2014, and never looked back, eventually putting himself through film school and earning an MBA.

From filming large-scale video projects to raising three kids active in hockey, football, and boxing - Ryan not only tells sports stories, he lives them (and even trains in hockey and boxing himself).
Aeri Kim
(AIR-ee)
Aeri is from Anchorage + the Big Island - now in Portland as a filmmaker, graphic + website designer, and creative strategist.
Much of her work focuses on uplifting local communities, especially AAPI voices.

Aeri’s background in branding and visual design shapes how she approaches filmmaking - every project is both visually intentional and emotionally driven.

Aeri has worked closely with local entrepreneurs and cultural organizations across Portland, using storytelling and design to highlight voices and communities that often go unseen.

Aeri partnered with Ryan at Nike to produce interview-driven and community-focused storytelling projects, the foundation that led to launching Starpath Studios together.
